These Terms of Use apply to all services, websites and hosting offers provided by Infinity Hosting, a non-commercial hobby project under Danish law (Hobbyvirksomhed).

General

Infinity Hosting operates as a private hobby project without profit intent. Services may be paused, changed or further developed at any time.

Use of Hosting Services

• Services may only be used for lawful purposes
• Any illegal use is strictly prohibited
• No hosting of violence, extremism, sexual content, hate or illegal activities
• The user is fully responsible for all hosted content

Service Scope & Provisioning

• Servers are provided within a maximum of 24 hours
• Every ordered server is either delivered or fully refunded
• No guarantee of permanent availability due to hobby nature

Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe or Paysafe. We do not receive or store full payment details.

Refunds

• 100% refund if provisioning fails
• Replacement server or service time in case of our fault

Support

Support is provided voluntarily and without commercial obligation.

Account Security & Abuse

• Accounts may not be shared with third parties
• Abuse leads to suspension or termination
• Security vulnerabilities must not be exploited

Liability Disclaimer

Infinity Hosting assumes no liability for:

• Data loss
• Downtime
• User misconfiguration
• Third-party system failures

Privacy

Personal data is processed exclusively according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
